italian sausages , de-cased, ground chuck, hot dogs, ground up fine (in food processor), white onion, diced, green bell pepper, de-seeded and diced, vegetable juice (or other ), chicken stock, ketchup, prepared yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, chili powder, worcestershire sauce (i use litre&p), cider vinegar, garlic salt, allspice, ground cumin, crushed red pepper flakes, grape jelly (optional, for a sweeter sauce with less tanginess)
