4 chicken thighs grainy sauce Recipes

chicken thighs (4 to 5 oz. each), kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, vegetable oil, shallots, minced, all-purpose flour, amber lager beer , such as dos equis ambar, chicken broth, pure maple syrup, chopped fresh thyme, more for garnish, whole-grain mustard, unsalted butter

balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, minced, grainy mustard, lime , zest of, brown sugar, olive oil, thyme, chicken breasts (or 8 chicken thighs)

olive oil, boneless chicken breasts (add thighs for more flavor), salt, fresh pepper, sliced mushrooms, shallot, minced, dry white wine, chicken stock, heavy cream, grainy mustard, chopped fresh tarragon (i think i used about 1 tsp of dried tarragon), egg noodles, cooked, drained, and buttered for serving
