boneless skinless chicken breasts, split and pounded flat (4, 6 oz. portions), flour, seasoned with, salt and black pepper, whole eggs, fresh parmesan cheese, grated (preferably a combination of grated parmesan and romano cheese), fresh parsley, chopped, fresh basil, olive oil (or as needed), shallot, finely chopped, garlic, chopped, fresh marjoram, finely chopped, parsley, chopped, lemon juice, lemon zest, white zinfandel wine, heavy cream, unsalted butter, cold, salt and pepper (to taste)

boneless skinless thin cut chicken breasts, tomato sauce, white zinfandel wine (or any good cooking wine to your liking), rosemary (use more or less to your taste & see my note below), store mushroom (packaged sliced or you slice)

ground ginger, chinese five spice powder, fresh ground white pepper, salt, boneless skin-on duck breast halves, chicken stock, zinfandel (or other full-bodied dry red wine), dried sweet cherries, dark soy sauce, dark corn syrup, cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tb wine or water)
