4 bourbon balls bake Recipes

powdered sugar, light karo syrup, cocoa, vanilla wafers, crushed, pecans, chopped fine, bourbon (or rum), powdered sugar , for coating the cookies

all-purpose flour (sifted), ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, cream of tartar, salt, raisins, unsalted butter, dark brown sugar , firmly packed, dark molasses, honey, rum or 1/4 cup bourbon or 1/4 cup brandy or 1/4 cup sherry wine, milk, eggs (beaten ), orange juice (reserve rind before squeezing oranges), baking soda, warm water

crushed vanilla wafers (2 1/2 cups, i use nilla vanilla wafers for this), sugar, ground hazelnuts, bourbon (i use jack daniels for this or you can use rum also), cocoa powder, corn syrup, granulated sugar (you can roll them in confectioners sugar in place of if desired)
