3 bite cornbread stuffed Recipes

hamburger meat, cornbread stuffing mix, without the seasoning, tomato sauce, red enchilada sauce, grated cheddar cheese

corn muffins (2 to 3 cups), crumbled by hand, bacon, chopped, red bell pepper, diced, seeded and minced jalapeno, minced garlic, chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, salt and pepper, egg, beaten, meatloaf, olive oil , plus 3 tbsp margarine (this is only for sauteing the veggies), diced red onion, seeded and minced jalapeno, minced garlic, ground beef - i always use the 7 % lean, ground pork, sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, chopped parsley leaves, chopped thyme leaves, dry mustard, ketchup (note - i used a mixture of heinz 57 & bbq) cuz i am not a fan), worcestershire sauce, eggs, sliced cheddar, note - they parsley leaves and thyme leaves are assumed fresh in this recipe. i actually use dried spices, and don tsp measure, i just sprinkle across til it looks rgiht - i would say i used just a little less of each, margarine added with the oil is my addtion - everything else, except the note by the ketchup, is exactly as posted on foodnetwork.com - i do this for flavor
