olive oil, garlic clove, minced, boboli whole wheat pizza crust, baby arugula , rough chopped (not to tiny), goat cheese , chunked (not to tiny), walnuts , rough chopped (not to tiny), balsamic vinegar

grilled chicken breasts, chilled (may use pre-packaged, pre-sliced if in time crunch, although home-grilled is always best), red seedless grapes, halved, granny smith apple , chopped in bite-sized pieces, celery, diced (i omit this due to personal preference), candied walnuts (don tsp skip, the best part!), crumbled gorgonzola, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic, minced, fresh ground black pepper, salt, olive oil (i tend to decrease the oil and it s still tasty)
