  • 300 g polony, grated ( cold pressed meat , almost like a roll of ham
  • substitute polony with minced meat or any grated salty meat
  • 500 ml cake flour
  • 5 ml salt
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • 30 ml oil
  • oil for deepfrying

  • 1 Mix polony, flour, baking soda and salt.
  • 2 Beat the egg, milk and 30 ml oil together.
  • 3 Mix the two mixtures well.
  • 4 Let spoonful of mixture drop in the hot oil.
  • 5 Drain on brown paper.
  • 6 Sprinkle lemonpepper or aromat or garlic salt over.
  • 7 Serve
