  • 1 Heat oven to 450°F.
  • 2 Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
  • 3 Slice potatoes into 1⁄2-inch wedges.
  • 4 Rinse with cold water and pat dry.
  • 5 In a medium bowl whisk together oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add potato wedges.
  • 6 Toss to coat.
  • 7 Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • 8 Bake 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
  • 9 Remove from oven.
  • 10 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • 11 Serve immediately with your choice of dressing for dipping.
