  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (i did not use it)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • for syrup
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups sugar

  • 1 Preheat owen 300F- 160C .
  • 2 Grease 3 qt - 2.8 L Pyrex set aside .
  • 3 Put 3 cups sugar and 3 cups water for syrup and boil for 4-5 min. set aside to chill but not cold..
  • 4 In large bowl mix all dry ingredients exept sugar .
  • 5 In stand mixer beat eggs and sugar till fluffy,
  • 6 turn speed on slow and add yogurt ,Oil ( i did not use any oil ) and then flour mixture.
  • 7 pour in greased pyrex and cook till color turn light caramelized..
  • 8 take out from owen and pour syrup on top, let cool complete..
  • 9 serv with coconut..
