  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour Bundt pan.
  • 2 Beat all ingredients on low 30 seconds. Beat on medium 3 minutes.
  • 3 Spread in pan. Bake 50 minutes or until you pass the toothpick test.
  • 4 Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.
  • 5 Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and 1-2 Tbs. milk beaten together.
