1. Drain thawed spinach well, pressing out excess liquid; set aside. Place frozen pie shell in its pan on a baking sheet; do not prick. Bake in a 400F oven for 5 min. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese in bottom of partially baked pie shell; set aside. Reduce oven temp. to 325F.
2. Meanwhile, in a skillet cook sausage until browned; drain off fat. Stir stuffing mix and spinach into sausage; spoon over cheese. Combine egs and milk; pour over sausage mixture. Bake, uncovered, in the 325F oven about 65 min.
3. Let stand 10 min. before serving.... Enjoy...
