• 1-3 oz package. lemon jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1-14 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 100 mini marshmallows
• 1 cup whipping cream

• 1 Combine jello and boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
• 2 Add pineapple with juice.
• 3 Cut cream cheese into very small cubes and add to jello.
• 4 Add marshmallows and stir.
• 5 Chill till slightly thickened and stir again.
• 6 Whip cream and fold into jello.
• 7 Chill until ready to serve.
