  • 1 Cream butter and sugar.
  • 2 Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  • 3 Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
  • 4 Fold in banana, pineapple, coconut and nuts. Pour mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan.
  • 5 Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  • 6 Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove to wire rack.
