1. Trim basil from stems and chop into large bowl.
2. Combine in blender: olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and walnuts.
3. Blend for 20 seconds.
4. Add 1/3 cheese, 1/3 garlic, then fill blender with basil.
5. With the blender OFF use a spoon to push new ingredients down into already blended ingredients.
6. Pulse blender until smooth.
7. Repeat until blender is completely full and ingredients are all added.
8. Pour into Ziploc containers.
9. Stores for 1 week in refrigerator-May be frozen for later use.
