  • 1 I bought all my ingredients except the Alpen at Wal-.
  • 2 Get out the mixer right now because there is no way that you can mix these ingredients well enough by hand.
  • 3 Put all ingredients in the bowl, mixing slowly at first until just about blended.
  • 4 Using a paddle or spoon, carefully fold melted chocolate chips into mix and mix and mix until well blended.
  • 5 Dump contents unto wax paper, topping with another piece of wax paper and press into about a 7 square.
  • 6 Slice into whatever size bar you like (I aim for around 21) remembering that peanut butter is extremely fattening.
  • 7 Refridgerate AFTER SLICING.
