  • 2 lemons , juice of
  • 1 tsp tartaric

  • 1 Put water and sugar into saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
  • 2 Add the passionfruit pulp, lemon juice and tartaric acid.
  • 3 Boil for another 3 minutes then take off heat.
  • 4 Strain out seeds and pulp, and pour the mixture into a clean bottle.
  • 5 Keep the bottle of sauce in the refrigerator and use it within a month.
