  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 Separate eggs. Beat whites until very stiff. Add cream of tartar. Beat yolks adding oil and orange juice.
  • 2 Mix together dry ingredients. Add yolk mixture to dry ingredients and beat. When mixed, fold in beaten egg whites.
  • 3 Pour into angel food cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool upside down.
