1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Sort through crab if using fresh for shell.
3. Melt butter in 3 quart.
4. non aluminum saucepan.
5. Add mushrooms; saute for 3 minutes.
6. Add sauce mix; stir well.
7. Add milk, water, and wine; stir well with a wire whisk until mixture comes to a boil.
8. Reduce heat simmer 5- 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
9. Add green onions, pasta and crabmeat; stir to combine.
10. Heat through, about 2- 3 minutes.
