  • 1 Mix milk, beaten egg, & food coloring.
  • 2 Add flour, salt, & baking powder, mixing well.
  • 3 Put dough on floured cutting board.
  • 4 Roll very thin.
  • 5 Cut with noodle cutter or flour lightly, roll up dough & cut with sharp knife into very narrow noodles.
  • 6 Cook in a rich chicken or turkey broth until done.
  • 7 Do not let over boil.
  • 8 Noodles freeze well for later preparation.
