1. In a bowl, beat eggs.
2. Stir in the corn, milk, cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Pour into a greased 1-qt. microwave safe dish.
4. Cover and microwave at 70% power for 6-7 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
6. Sprinkle with paprika.
