  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 Stir in the corn, milk, cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • 3 Pour into a greased 1-qt. microwave safe dish.
  • 4 Cover and microwave at 70% power for 6-7 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • 5 Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  • 6 Sprinkle with paprika.
