1. Sort and rinse lentils.
2. In a saucepan, heat oil.
3. Stir in sausage, onion and celery until tender.
4. Then add garlic.
5. Add lentils and remaining ingredients.
6. Bring to a boil.
7. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until lentils are tender and soup gets thick.
8. Serves 4.
