  • 200 g butter
  • 9 fl oz double cream

  • 2 melt the butter in a pan then add the crushed biscuits,mixing well.
  • 3 press the biscuit mix into a flan dish and leave in fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 4 whisk together the milk and cream adding the juice and rind of both lemons until mixed well.
  • 5 pour over the cooled base and leave in fridge for 4 hours.
