  • 1 Mince the garlic and pepper (you don't want big pieces of pepper or garlic) note: To control the heat, you can certainly remove the seeds from the pepper and discard.
  • 2 Heat garlic, oil, salt and habanero peppers, you may also add allspice if you like.
  • 3 Add shrimps and paprika to the mixture and stir often .
  • 4 Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5 Add vinegar and continue to stir & cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  • 6 Drain on paper towels.
  • 7 Garnish with parsley.
  • 8 Serve warm or cold.
