1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
3. Stir in broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
4. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or ovenproof crock.
5. Bake 20 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
7. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted.
8. Serve with crackers.
