1. Mix together first 8 ingredients.
2. Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and salmon.
3. Mix well, then shape into 4 patties.
4. Place the rest of the bread crumbs on waxed paper and dip both sides of the patties in the bread crumbs.
5. Heat 1 T olive oil and 1 tsp butter (or you can use one or the other) in a large skillet at medium heat.
6. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side til golden and heated through.
7. Blend tartar sauce ingredients together and serve.
