1. use 1 wonton wrap at a time
2. put some cheese in the center
3. use a bit of water to wet the four sides in order to close the wrap,
4. warm the oil in the skillet. ( not much oil, only enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
5. put one layer of sealed cheese wontons on the skillet when the oil is hot
6. fry both sides in less than a minute ( depend on how hot your oil is )
7. serve hot.
