  • 1 scrub potatoes and cut into quarters leaving skins on (half lenghtwise, then half crosswise)
  • 2 place in large pot and bring to boil
  • 3 cook until fork tender
  • 4 Drain potatoes and pour into large bowl
  • 5 cut butter into pieces and add to potatoes
  • 6 add remaining ingrdients
  • 7 Using hand mixer on med/low speed, cream potatoes to desired consistency (*note...you can use the hand masher thingy, I just don't have one that isn't metal that I can use in my good pans. Keep meaning to buy one...lol)
  • 8 If you like them a little thinner, stream in a little milk (cream, etc) to desired consistency
