  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 cup salsa
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 lb white fish fillets

  • 1 Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 Mix baking mix, cornmeal, chili powder, and salt.
  • 3 Beat egg. Dip fish in egg, then coat with baking mixture. Place in 13x9" greased pan. Bake uncovered 10 min. Turn fish and bake 15 min longer or til fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with salsa and cheese on top.
