1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add onion and red pepper; cook 3 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender.
5. Heat half-and-half and butter in small saucepan until butter is melted.
6. Stir in cheese, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
7. Add cream mixture and crabmeat to skillet.
8. Heat through over medium heat.
9. Toss with cooked, drained pasta in large bowl.
10. Garnish with lemon.
