  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp juice of merretta tamed jalapeno pepper

  • 1 Mix all the ingrediet except the chicken. Stir well to combine. Add 4-6 boness chicken breasts or 8-10 chicken thighs. Let chicken soak for 3-7 hours. Grill chicken until juice runs clear. Let chicken rest for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy with Spanish rice, or beans.
