  • 1 Boil potatoes approximately 25 minutes.
  • 2 Melt butter in an 8 inch skillet. Saute green onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  • 3 Drain potatoes and place in a serving dish. Pout butter mixture over potatoes to thoroughly coat. Sprinkle chives on top of the potatoes. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
