  • 1 Cut the tofu into 2 inch (5 cm) cubes.
  • 2 Cooking lightly in boiling water for 1 minute.
  • 3 Remove, drain, and place in a serving bowl.
  • 4 Make a sauce by mixing the sesame paste with the salt, soya and a little water.
  • 5 Pour over the bean curd and sprinkle with the chili oil and coriander and serve.
