  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

  • 1 Spray a 20cm round cake tin with cooking spray and line with non-stick baking paper.
  • 2 Preheat oven to 180 C / 350°F.
  • 3 Place all ingredients into bowl of electric mixer.
  • 4 Beat on slow until everything is combined, then increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes.
  • 5 Pour into tin.
  • 6 Bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
