  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 (14 3/4 oz) can creamed corn
  • 2 cups cheese
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 (12 oz) can black beans

  • 1 Place the chicken, lime juice, chili powder and diced onion in a crock pot. Set on low for 6 hours.
  • 2 Shred the chicken and place back into crock pot, add corn and salsa, let heat for about 30 minutes.
  • 3 Place in tortillas, with black beans, rice (if wanted) add cheese and enjoy!
