  • 1 Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients (First 6) set aside. Heat Olive Oil add Flank Steak and cook 3-4 minutes till browned. Season to taste, set aside. In same pan add asparagus cook 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Reurn the meat to the pan, add the sauce and nuts. Stir to coat and heat thru. Serve over rice or noodles
