1. First take some olive oil in a medium pan over medium flame.
2. Then add in the onions, garlic, and meat and cook until brown.
3. Then add in the tomatoes, beer, coffee, tomato paste, and the beef broth.
4. Now stir in the spices, plus the 2 cans of kidney beans and peppers.
5. Let this simmer over a low flame for approx. 90 min.
6. Then add in the last 2 cans of beans and simmer approx. 30 more min.
7. Serve!
