  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of dark beer
  • 1 cup of strong coffee
  • 2 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste
  • 4 (15 oz) cans of kidney beans
  • 2 tsp. of oil
  • 1 can of of beef broth
  • 1/2 cup. of brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. of chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of cumin
  • 1 tbsp.of cocoa
  • 1 tsp. of oregano
  • 1 tsp. of cayenne
  • 1 tsp. of coriander
  • 1 tsp.of salt

  • 1 First take some olive oil in a medium pan over medium flame.
  • 2 Then add in the onions, garlic, and meat and cook until brown.
  • 3 Then add in the tomatoes, beer, coffee, tomato paste, and the beef broth.
  • 4 Now stir in the spices, plus the 2 cans of kidney beans and peppers.
  • 5 Let this simmer over a low flame for approx. 90 min.
  • 6 Then add in the last 2 cans of beans and simmer approx. 30 more min.
  • 7 Serve!
