  • 1 put cubed chicken in heated frying pan sprayed with pam ( i usely do med - low heat ).
  • 2 sprinkle with all of the seasons
  • 3 let cook all the way through before flipping.
  • 4 pour lime juice over and cover turning off heat
  • 5 meanwhile heat up clean pan on med low.
  • 6 lightly butter one side of tortilla cook till brown and crispy.
  • 7 repeat with second.
  • 8 on third put chicken on tortilla while browning add cheese
  • 9 place already brown tortilla on top set aside on plate.
  • 10 repeat.
  • 11 use a pizza cutter to cut each into four wedges
  • 12 again this is just a base you can add what ever ingredients you like.
