1. Sprinkle pastry shell with 1/2 cup cheese.
2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, soup and milk.
3. Pour into crust.
4. Cover edges loosely with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
