  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 cups bran
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • 2 Coat baking sheets with non stick cooking spray.
  • 3 Mix sugar, syrup, oil, plums, egg whites and vanilla in a bowl.
  • 4 Add oats, flour, bran, flax seed, baking soda, baking powder & salt.
  • 5 Stir in cocoa & chocolate chips.
  • 6 Drop 1/2 cup at a time onto prepared pans.
  • 7 Bake 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
