1. Mix all ingredients into bowl
2. add to 8x8 no stick pan
3. cook in 350* oven for approx. 30 minutes
4. until tooth pick comes out clean
5. cool and place in tin container
6. makes 6 - 2x3 inch servings, or more if desired
7. *Tip I do this recipe x3 in a 9inch round baking dish, and cut 12 equal pieces at 54g each!
