1. Bake cake mix as directed on box in 13 x 9 x 2- inch pan
2. Meanwhile, simmer pineapple and sugar.
3. Remove cake from oven.
4. Punch holes in it and cover with pineapple
5. Chill
6. Mix instant pudding as directed on box
7. Add coconut
8. Spread over pineapple
9. Cover wiyh topping
10. Sprinkle with nuts
11. Keep cold & serve with delight!!
