1. Saute bacon until fat is clear.
2. Add tomato and garlic and saute till garlic is tender.
3. Omit butter if bacon left app. 1 tablespoon fat, otherwise add butter.
4. Once garlic is tender, toss in green onions and scallops.
5. Saute until scallops are opague.
6. Serve over angel hair, with dash pepper and grated parmesan.
