  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup splenda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 large whole eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 Sift together the first four ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • 3 Mash the 3 very ripe bananas.
  • 4 Add milk eggs, egg white and vanilla to bananas.
  • 5 Mix in dry ingredients with banana mixture until all relatively smooth.
  • 6 Grease a standard loaf pan or use non stick spray. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  • 7 Bake for roughly 25-30 minutes until tester in the middle of the loaf is clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
