  • 1 Place 4 layers of cheesecloth over a bowl. (secure cheesecloth around the bowl with a rubberband)
  • 2 spoon yogurt onto cheesecloth. Leave for about an hour to drain. just leave on the counter- it won't go bad.
  • 3 When the yogurt is thick enough trasfer to a clean bowl
  • 4 add all ingredients and mix well.
  • 5 chill at least an hour in the fridge.
  • 6 serve with greek pita , as a sauce for lamb or on salad.
