1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Put oil in a baking dish.
3. Add cashews and coat with the oil.
4. Roast for 15 minutes or until golden.
5. Remove from oven and add tamari.
6. Coat nuts with the tamari.
7. Roast an additional 5 minutes.
8. Cool and store in a sealed container.
