1. Cube chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
2. Place chicken in a gallon zip lock bag with taco seasoning.
3. Shake to coat chicken.
4. Pour into 9 X 13 baking dish.
5. Top with diced tomatoes and green chilies.
6. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Top chicken with corn chips, then top corn chips with cheddar cheese.
8. Bake an additional 15- 20 minutes-until cheese is melted.
9. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and enjoy!
