1. Heat the oil.
2. Add onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
3. When the onion softens, add the seasoning powders.
4. Add boiled corn kernels.
5. Heat for a couple of minutes.
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Add cilatro, lime juice and sugar.
8. I think this can be served as a side dish or like I served it - with Indian bread.
9. *I microwave my frozen corn.
