  • 1 Divide the pastry in 2. If you use phyllo pastry, butter it well and follow the instructions. If you use puff pastry, roll it and spread it.
  • 2 Filling: Mix sour cherries (if you have found the real thing - take out the seeds!) with sugar and flour. Let it sit for 20 min.
  • 3 Spread the sour cherries and roll it in pastry. Repeat so, that you will have 2 pies.
