salmon fillet (may sub steelhead trout), fresh squeezed orange juice (blood orange works well too), soy sauce, honey, maple-flavored syrup (i used light butter flavored pancake syrup), margarine (i used light with no issues), brown sugar, maple-flavor syrup, coarsely chopped walnuts (may sub pecans)
