4 pot french consomme Recipes

deli shaved roast beef, beef consomme, french onion soup, onion, sliced thin, water, hard sub roll, provolone cheese, butter, minced garlic (i use the jar stuff)

onions (white , vidalia, your choice), beef consomme, beef broth, dry french onion dip mix (use 2 if you like it really oniony)

onion , chopped into strings, fennel bulb, and stalk with leaves chopped, celery, stalks chopped, garlic cloves, coarsely chopped, olive oil, salt and pepper, beef steaks (i use pot roast cut into bite size chunks but sirloin or 3 lbs stew meat, work just as well), salt and pepper, and flour to coat, sherry wine, beef consomme or 1 (10 1/2 oz) can french onion soup, olive oil
